This mask is for days when mature or sensitive-feeling skin looks tired and you want something cool, simple, and non-aggressive. Aloe gives slip, green tea adds a fresh feel, and oats keep the texture soft instead of harsh.

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Brew green tea and let it cool completely.
  2. Mix aloe vera gel and green tea in a clean small bowl.
  3. Add oats slowly until the texture becomes a light gel-paste.
  4. Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding eyes and lips.
  5. Leave on for 5–7 minutes only, then rinse with cool-to-lukewarm water.
  6. Pat dry and apply a simple moisturizer.
