Ingredients

Why these ingredients

Oats add a soft cushion, chamomile tea keeps the ritual calm and watery, and aloe gives slip so the mask does not dry into a tight layer.

How to make and use it

  1. Steep chamomile tea, cool completely, and strain well.
  2. Mix oat flour with aloe vera gel in a clean bowl.
  3. Add chamomile tea little by little until the texture is creamy, not runny.
  4. Apply a thin layer to clean skin, avoiding eyes and lips.
  5. Leave for 7–10 minutes, rinse before it dries tight, and moisturize.

Timing and frequency

Make fresh and use the same day. Once weekly is enough for most sensitive-feeling skin; skip during irritation, sunburn or after exfoliation.
